This dm pack was designed to drive cardmembers online to register for a spending promotion. Reach an individually prescribed spending limit during December and you get bonus Nectar points.

The letter had a cracker creative attached. Each end pulled out to reveal an individual card with a personal registration number on it. We even put a joke under the card. The campaign was segmented for seven different audiences, with copy changed to match their spending profiles. A paper hat postcard follow-up to registered members kept the momentum going.
