Keeping committed donors committed
We helped Save the Children shape this entire programme. We developed a Welcome Pack for new donors, which links them with a specific child representative. Once through the welcome phase they become part of an ongoing annual communications cycle.
Three times a year, we create donor newsletters from 20+ different countries, writing and producing from source provided by the programmes. We then publish to a central online resource, which is used by Save the Children organisations right across the globe.
Sometimes we create as many as 28 four-page updates with letters in a six-week period. It’s intense. It takes a disciplined writing team and long hours – and we love it.
